Order Cancellation
Once you place your order, you can only cancel it within the first 12 hours. To cancel, please email us via our contact page. After the 12-hour window, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
Order Processing
We require at least 24 hours notice to process an order. When placing an order, you will notice available time slots. While there may be occasional situations where we need to adjust these times, we will generally be able to accommodate your preferred time. In rare cases, we may email you if adjustments are necessary.
Delivery Policy
If no one is available to receive the delivery upon arrival, we will leave your order in the lobby or at the house. However, please note that custom orders will not be left unattended.
